Dance MF...

Dance MF: making Cincinnati a better place one dance party at a time. This new dance party/art installation/whatever from Project Mill (a group of creative people that tries to do cool stuff in our fine city) takes place the first Saturday of the month in the Northside Tavern's new back room. As this was their first event, the turn out was good and the tunes were dancy. The coolest thing (besides the projections and hidden DJs) was when the fire department turned up. The fog/smoke machines got a little too serious for the smoke detectors. The alarms went off, which was fine because the loud, incessant beeping made it feel sort of like a German rave. Das fun.
