Featuring former Cincinnatians, Why? reels out weirdly cool Psych Pop made up of the hallucinogenic lyrical non sequiturs of They Might Be Giants and the Folk Hop beat boxisms of Beck while swirling out an acid cabaret soundtrack that is both challenging and completely wondrous.
