You're constantly making fun of smoking. It seems like every week you have something up about it.
People die from smoking cigarettes. Do you think that's funny? I don't see the humor here sometimes.

i found this highly funny. maybe doctors need to smoke to relieve tension for overbooking their waiting rooms.
