That Was The Week That Was - In Blogs

The governor of New York, or I should say the former governor, Eliot Spitzer, likes to bang expensive hookers and word got out about that last week. Bloggers had a good old time blasting him all to hell, including our very own Judy Darling.

What do you think of this Ashley Alexandra Dupre, the latest prostitute to be with Eliot?  Would you pay a thousand bucks an hour to sleep with her?  Are you sick of this whole mess? If not, Jezebel makes fun of it some more.

Gawker is reporting that Eliot’s sleeping with call girls is under investigation. Was he using campaign funds to pay for his little habit? While screwing people like Dupre, was he also screwing the state of New York? What a classy guy.

Speaking of class and continuing this amusing little story, would you, the LOL Blog reader, like to see the infamous room 871 where all the “love making” was taking place? Wonkette made the attempt for us, but it seems room 871 has magically disappeared.

I know - enough about Eliot Spitzer, Ashley Dupre and the fucking. For now. I just find it so, sooooo funny.

Let’s turn our heads to sexy John Gibson. Crooks and Liars reported last week that FOX has axed his “The Big Story” show after eight years on the air. My only question here is: Why did it take so long?

In closing, apparently Ashley Alexandra Dupre is quite a singer. Very soon, I’ll be downloading some of her music from the internet.
