Joe Locker,
I think you may be spreading disinformation about how eggs pass though the avian hoo-ha.
That said, I think Frisch's may be the place to get the most egg for the buck.
You can choose the breakfast buffet or one of several omelets.
Omelette is my personal preference.
Back when Truman was President, I would gather the duck eggs along with the chicken for my grandma.
Think of duck eggs as extra, extra large. Very satisfying fried, over medium... with biscuits, home-churned butter and molasses. And country ham, of course. Or bacon with the rind. And a cool glass of raw milk.
